I am trained as a registered dietitian, but work as a mostly-stay-at-home-mom.  My goal in blogging about feeding my child is not to tell anyone that you are doing (or did) things wrong, but to give an account of the challenges I face in feeding a growing girl. I expect that she will go through a lot of the same trouble areas that I hear other moms talk about- refusing everything but chicken nuggets, only drinking one thing, throwing her food all over the floor.  I hope some of you will learn from the things I try when she goes through these phases.  We each have our own values and priorities, and this will be a description of my successes and failures in passing my food values on to my daughter.
